The Governor of Hail Region, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, announced his support for the Potato Conference in the region.
He pointed to the significance of Hail as an agricultural center, given its rich resources and appropriate infrastructure. Hail was selected as the ideal location for hosting the conference due to the availability of fertile lands and the suitable climate for potato farming.
Additionally, with government support to enhance the agricultural sector in line with Vision 2030, the focus is also on developing investment incubators and marketing strategies to boost the national economy and achieve food security. These advantages have made Hail the perfect choice for hosting the Potato Conference.
The Potato Conference 2024 will be held at Al-Maghwa Hall in Al Maghwa Park over the course of two days. It will host a distinguished group of top farmers, manufacturers, and experts in the potato industry from both inside and outside the Kingdom.
The conference aims to facilitate knowledge exchange and expertise sharing. Additionally, it will discuss the latest scientific papers and innovative technologies to increase crop yields and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality products that meet consumer needs.
